Making a purchase
We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to make a purchase on our website. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. All transactions are conducted in British Pounds / Sterling. Your credit/debit card company will convert the amount to your local currency.
We accept payment by credit or debit card and Paypal.
We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received. If you have not received an email after placing an order, please check your spam/junk folder. The “order received” email does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All illustrations, designs and general descriptions on this site are for guidance only and approximate representations of size, colour, style and other attributes, and shall not be binding to Davora Ltd. All designs are copyright Davora Ltd. By placing an order on the website you agree not to infringe this copyright by any means.
Davora Ltd reserves the right to reject any order received.
Remittance Terms: Unless otherwise agreed with us in writing, all payments must be received in full and cleared before title to the goods is transferred from Davora Ltd to you.
Shipping and Handling
3 Delivery options are provided for goods to be delivered in the UK.
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail First Class Post. This service is not tracked, and we are not able to provide a proof of postage.
Recorded Delivery is a 1st Class tracked service operated by Royal Mail. We will obtain a tracking number for orders delivered by this method and this we can provide this to you upon request. This service is currently suspended due to covid-19.
Courier is a tracked next working day service from one of our delivery partners such as UPS. If you select a courier service we will dispatch orders received before 11am on the same working day. We will obtain a tracking number for orders delivered by this method and this we can provide this to you upon request. Courier delivery is only available on Monday to Friday except bank holidays. This service is currently suspended due to covid-19.
The total cost of shipping is calculated based upon the weight of the parcel and the number of items you purchase. Our website will calculate the delivery cost for you before you confirm the order.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK:
We are also able to ship goods outside the UK. Our default method of delivery will be the Royal Mail Airmail service, but we may choose to use an alternative provider if we see fit.

Please note customers outside the UK may be required to pay additional local charges (e.g. Duty, taxes) upon receipt of their goods.
In most cases your order will be delivered within a few days. However please allow up 14 days for delivery. Davora Ltd will not be held responsible for late deliveries outside its control howsoever caused. By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that Davora Ltd has no influence or control over Royal Mail or any other delivery service providers.
In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver, other than reasons beyond our reasonable control or customer fault, our liability will be limited to the total invoice value.
You must inform us within two working days of receiving the dispatch notice if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you where possible or send a suitable alternative. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or if the alternative does not meet with your satisfaction.
If an item is not in stock and we are unable to provide an alternative or backorder, we will refund the amount back to your payment method.
All our prices include VAT at 20%.
We use a third party payment service provider, Stripe, to take credit card payments. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using at least 128 bit encryption. The service provider uses secure SSL technology to keep your card details safe. Davora Limited does NOT directly receive or store any card details in any format.
If you prefer, you can choose to pay via PayPal. Again, your payment will be processed by PayPal and Davora Limited will not directly receive or store any credit card details in any format.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee if damaged before they reach you. If a product is unsuitable for the purpose for which you bought it, we will give you a refund provided the items are unopened and undamaged. Please contact us in case of a return.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the the UK’s Distance Selling regulations.
Consumer orders (placed on www.davora.co.uk or via phone or e-mail)
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days for a full refund, limited to a maximum of the total invoice value. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order at the time you place the order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time.
Trade orders placed on www.davora.cards or otherwise are subject to the terms as agreed between the Customer and Davora Ltd. If you are unsure of the terms in place please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
