Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. At this time we are only able to accept orders from the UK and ship within the UK through the website. However if you are interested in our products and are based outside the UK please contact us.

We currently accept credit card payments through our Payment Gateway Partner Protx.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

UK DELIVERY:

2 Delivery options are provided for goods to be delivered in the UK.

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail First Class Post. Customers may choose the Recorded Delivery option during the checkout process.

UK Standard and Recorded Delivery charges vary according to the order quantity as follows:

Equivelent Order Quantity up to 3 : Standard Delivery=£1.00 ; Recorded Delivery=£1.85

Equivelent Order Quantity up to 6 : Standard Charges=£1.50 ; Recorded Delivery=£2.75

Equivelent Order Quantity up to 9 : Standard Charges=£2.00 ; Recorded Delivery=£3.50

Equivelent Order Quantity up to 15 : Standard Charges=£2.50 ; Recorded Delivery=£4.50

Equivelent Order Quantity up to 30 : Standard Charges=£4.50 ; Recorded Delivery=£5.75

Most products have an equivelent order quantity of 1 (i.e. equivelent order quantity of 1 card = 1). However some of the larger products have a higher equivelent order quantity (for example, the large pop-up cards).

Where a recorded delivery option has been selected, we reserve the right to use an alternative recorded service.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK:

We are also able to ship goods outside the UK. Our default method of delivery will be the Royal Mail Airmail service, but we may choose to use an alternative provider if we see fit.

Delivery charges are based upon the equivelent order quantity as outlined below:

Equivelent Order Quantity up to 10 : Delivery Charges=£4.00

Equivelent Order Quantity up to 25: Delivery Charges=£7.50

Equivelent Order Quantity up to 100 : Delivery Charges=£15.00

Equivelent Order Quantity up to 250 : Delivery Charges=£25.00

Equivelent Order Quantity up to 1000 : Delivery Charges=£50.00

Rest of World Delivery Charges:

Equivelent Order Quantity up to 10 : Delivery Charges=£7.00

Please note customers outside the UK may be required to pay additional local charges (e.g. Duty) upon receipt of their goods.

We reserve the right to use an alternative delivery service provider where we see fit. In the event that we choose to use another provider, your Shipping and Handling costs will not exceed those stated above.

Delivery Schedule In most cases your order will be delivered within a few days. However please allow 14 days for delivery. Davora Ltd will not be held responsible for late deliveries ouside its control howsoever caused.

In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver, other than reasons beyond our reasonable control or customer fault, our liability will be limited to the total invoice value.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges We add 17.5% VAT to your order. Prices are displayed on the site with both VAT included and excluded.

Credit Card Security We use a thrid party payment service provider, PROTX, to take credit card payments. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. The service provider uses secure SSL technology to keep your card details safe. Davora Limited does NOT directly receive or store any card details in any format.

If you prefer, you can choose to pay via Paypal. Again, your payment will be processed by Paypal and Davora Limited will not directly receive or store any credit card details in any format.
